Kenneth W. Traub has been practicing law in the Atlanta area since 1972, accumulating a wide array of expertise over four decades. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1967 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1971. Mr. Traub began the practice of law in Atlanta as an Assistant District Attorney in the Fulton County District Attorney’s office where he gained experience as a trial lawyer, trying hundreds of felony cases. These cases covered the full range of crimes including armed robbery, rape, murder, and cases involving drug trafficking. After completing his work with the District Attorney’s office, Mr. Traub entered into private practice, where he diversified his expertise, gaining extensive experience with real estate and many trial matters, including contested divorce and litigated personal injury cases. In his personal injury work, his cases vary from serious injuries to wrongful death cases. Kenneth W. Traub is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts in Georgia and is also a member of the South Carolina Bar. Outside of the office, his passions are history, philosophy and weight training.
